Odyssey SRV entry animation?

If I buy a new suit, is there an animation of me putting it on? Please tell me so I know whether I have to write an open letter or not.
Better get that keyboard fired up as there are were no suit changing animations in the alpha. Pity, though, it would have been amusing to watch CMDRs getting changed in the concourse

Then why is there a genital slider in the holo-me creator?

And please don't tell me there isn't a genital slider either. All I wanted from ED was to seamlessly exit my SRV and show bystanders my genitals when changing suits.

Games w/o animations for changing suits: All of them

Games w/vehicles but no entry/exit animations: ED

It's good to stand out from the competition. 🏆
Maybe you've hit the nail on the head and don't even know it.

One of the problems of Elite (and Fdev) is that there IS no competition. Good for the company, bad for players. I would love to play two awesome space sims, one-upping one another in adding features.
Instead we have just Elite, which indeed grows (credit where credit's due), but at the slowest acceptable pace.

Yep, well aware. If a competitor launched tomorrow ED's playerbase would crater. I'm a huge ED fan, but at this point I'd love to see it happen.

If you like genital sliders try Cyberpunk.

You can change your oufit and show bystanders your bits 'n pieces even fully clothed (because your bits 'n pieces clip through clothing)

Hence why we end up with reviews like the image in your signature... Tells a story doesn't it!

Maybe you are right! Maybe ED’s uniqueness is to go against the grain in everything.

For example:

No emotes in an MMO
No body looting in a FPS
No drinks served at the bar in a RPG

For extra measure they have went the extra mile by not animating entry into vehicles, or animating any of the plant life. They haven’t even bothered to animate NPCs falling when they drop out of a drop ship.

Mostly agreed but some of the plant life is actually animated (some of the fern-like things sway in the breeze and react to you walking over them, for example)
