When disembarking your ship or SRV, players will be presented with a projected flat game screen in their VR headset in order to continue on foot.
I will have to look into VorpX, if it allows the projected screen to show real 3D it would be quite close to real VR on footTry something via Vorpx or Virtual Desktop - like playing, I dunno, hell, ED on a Cinema screen. Not "awful" by any means.![]()
Don't worry, if not interiors, something else would break deal for many. You just cant please people.Good news on VR, but lack of ship interiors on launch is still a deal breaker for me.
That would be in grainy black & white too .. I guess that could add that - for VR players .. open-onlyFor that "Neil Armstrong" moment.![]()

The 'dealbreaker' posts, along with the 'rage quit' ones too, I suppose, are priceless to read and a constant source of amusement for me - possibly because my 7 years old grand daughter's machinations immediately come to mind.Don't worry, if not interiors, something else would break deal for many. This kind of rubs me up the wrong way though- its been five years of no new content or balancing for Powerplay, two years since the last proper communication with a coherent plan. People have shown huge amounts of patience and been rewarded with nothing. The same can be said for CQC, seemingly abandoned while the rest of the game marches on and sees improvement.
Its been a month since I asked you about Powerplay, and myself, individual players, groups, Discord / Reddit organisers would dearly love an honest answer about whats coming, if anything. Does FD have any plan for Powerplay at all?
In the case of Elite it’s a lot higher than thatAmount of people with a VR headset: 1.70% according to the Steam Hardware Survey.
