I have had a few issues with connecting to the Frontier server today, the game repeatedly complained about me being offline, even though my connection was fine, and then when a Chinese Pangolin baby was about to be born, with the notification popping up that it was about to be born, and then another connection issue error popped up when the mother was lying down, next thing I see is the mother isn't reported as pregnant any more but no offspring in sight. Not in the habitat, not in the animal list and not in quarantine or the trading center.
