OP - can i suggest you never play the original Elite, a 100% PvE game, and visit Rediquat.
Or for that matter, Jet Set Willy.

Heh, there actually are plenty of good games that have no risk at all - in those you can interact with stuff and see what happens, but you can't really lose any progress. You just usually know it off the bat. I mean, there's nothing inherenly wrong in enjoying a zero challenge Skyrim as long as you don't expect the game devs themselves to provide for you. There is supposed to be some risk to get rewards. I mean, this would be like modding Skyrim to remove all of the enemies so you can dungeon crawl with no risk at all, it wouldn't even be a game at that point.
I wouldn''t suggest exploring either, too many risks e.g. high gravity bodies with interesting Bio, close binaries, Q-type anomolies...If that's how you want to play, go exploring. You'll find that there are worse things than NPCs out there.

I tried one of those on a free weekend and damnit I ran a red light - I wish it could be always green light for me.There are a whole bunch of truck simulator games where no npc pirates try and jack you loads... you can even turn of rain and everything if it gets too real
Just the mention of jet set Willy gets Fur Elise stuck in my head for daysOP - can i suggest you never play the original Elite, a 100% PvE game, and visit Rediquat.

This is why we end up with so many problems at each new update. They aren't playing our game enough !I find it much more to my liking if "I" play the game rather than Fdev play my game.
