Orbital outpost station still under deployment after three weekly server maintenances

Althought this topic has been already partially raised i report here about two orbital outpost stations , both orbiting a ringed gas giant and both still appearing "under deployment " althought they have been finished 3 weeks ago ( the forst one and two weeks ago (the second one). It means that 3 resp. 2 wekkly ticks have passed without those station beeing online and operational. Other more recent structure don't have this issue and became operational after the weekly server maintenance. BTW both appear as "Unexplored" in the nav panel.
Someone else having the the same issue?

yep, my astro base has seen 3 ticks as well "under deployment" - nevertheless. missions are available and on foot area is active.... so i guess its (in my case) a visual bug - like the astros swimming in the hangar-deck

My Coriolis looks deployed, with missions and the like. But after a month still no shipyard or any commodities for sale (not even biowaste). Hopefully a reset for all built facilities will come in the next couple of weeks.

Same issue with my asteroid station - station services work, market works, landing pads all say under deployment and the scaffolding is still up, and the on foot area is not populated - still in deployment.

Interesting! In my case they are both fully under deplyment (empty inside), no market but they gives missions

Addendum: Yes, after the tick, my renamed station (via Arx) now has a shipyard! It doesn't have Universal Cartographics and it still doesn't sell anything, but progress has been made at least. Thanks for the tip!
I think Cartographics is based on system Development level but I'm not sure. Good to hear something worked, though.

Addendum: both stations are now (after today's tick) completed (both visually and operationally) and populated. THey no longer appear as "unexplored" in the nav panel.

I have one Tier 1 orbital outpost, 5 market links,(1 strong, 4 weak), and a functional Commodities service + other services, but still listed in the System map as under development. When selected I cannot access the Markets option in the System Map, though in the Galaxy map I can see its market items with Import/Export/Pricing. It was third of the first facilities I constructed (now have half a dozen or so), so it's been many days since completion. The Orbital Construction Site is still in place but inaccessible for landing and shows 0% (completed) when selected by any means. I have renamed the facility once. I don't know if its growth has been inhibited by the erroneous status, but the Commodity prices have risen as the system population rises from other facility developments. Any ideas on how to get it to full completion? Would player status increase by selling stuff there be a factor? I could offload some Tritium if it would help, plus other excess items from construction projects.

All other facilities have completed in the expected manner - an Installation, numerous planetary sites, and the Primary Port, an Ocellus station.

Follow-up: I successfully completed another T2 settlement (Military) but the T1 orbital outpost is still listed as in development. It does not show as a station in the Inara listing for the system though the Ocellus Primary Port does.

Following the follow-up: After the weekly update, the T1 orbital outpost is now treated as fully completed, though its Orbital Construction Site is still on location in the system map and is displayed in the System Map.

Issue windup: Sometime today, about 24 hours after the above follow- follow-up, the Orbital Construction Site for the T1 outpost finally disappeared, the outpost is properly listed in system POIs, and all is well in Synuefe ZV-D C28-5. Security now at Medium, likely to go to High with completion of current Installation build.
