Newcomer / Intro Outfitting and ratings/class

Hi all,

Looking to upgrade my PDB on my Eagle and looking at Classes and Ratings....

So, what looks like an upgrade (most things show blue) the rating goes from C to D but on other items an item F compared to G looks better....

What's the standard?

As a general Rule of Thumb I is worst A is Best, Class depends on what you can fit, Higher class will be better, but will need more power.
