That's the merc decal, not the Founders one which is a nice big Elite Eagle (I still think it's a firebird cos firebird made my original copy of elite) and underneath is written Founder. So the skull isn't that...

I am very confused as some of the gamma backers got the permit for the founders world yet premium beta backers did not as for ships,decals and paint jobs I cannot seem to to get any info.

was even wondering if you had to wipe to find out or even download the merc edition however as I have only just got Mostly penniless, Mostly dangerous, Mostly aimless along with my midshipman fed rank I am a bit loath to clear my save to find out.

Please bear in mind all I request is information rather than confusion.

No one except for kickstarter backers should be getting founders access thats just taking a big dump on sll of us kickstarters

So I bought ED quite some time ago (beta state, I think) and I have the Sol permit and the Founder's World permit, so does that mean I'll get access to the founder's decal? I currently don't have it, so I'm not sure. The merc paint job also only worked on my sidewinder and not my eagle.

I am not sure what we were supposed to get but all I see is the skull decal. I backed as a beta tester and thought we would get more stuff. I see none of the paintjobs in outfitting for eagle.

I've only looked with my Cobra but I had the skull for front and sides and the mercenary paint job available.

Well the Mercenary paintjob is there, which I assume is the "Paint job pack" they mentioned. (??)
Based on the latest newsletter, saying this:

All in-game digital rewards are already in the game, so additional ships, decals, Commander names, planet names, MPC names and starting points plus founder’s world access have been attributed to your accounts.

I also assume that the "Day 1 Decal" is infact just the skull; a decal that is only really useful to the more unscrupulous career path in ED.

As much as I honestly love the guys at FD, I'm kind of confused about what was promised, and what was/is being delivered in terms of this Mercenary stuff.

Technically I backed at Premium Beta which is where I thought the cutoff was for founder status.

They didn't. I'm Premium Beta, and I don't have Founders World permit. Nor should I.

Perhaps they ran some batch job to allocate the permits, and it went a little bit off the rails in places!

I'm an original Kickstarter £20.00 backer and have my Founders' World permit (nice place, good shopping) but no decal, just the Merc skull.
