An idea to flesh out content of the environment mode which only has 6 different trees, would be to create a paleobotany center.
It would work in the same way as the current fossil center and receive samples from the shipping center, but instead of extracting DNA from dinosaurs, it could extract DNA from collected plants through drilling and restoration of seed banks stored in the soil of excavation sites already present.
These plants could be taken into account in the paleobotany or environmental bonus when dinosaur species are found in enclosures with flora that they rubbed in their era.
It remains to identify about twenty plants, add collectible elements in the excavation sites (petrified wood, fossilized seeds ...) and modeled plants.
