I finally got guardian weapon blueprints and a grade 2 Gauss cannon and the thargoids left.

I'm sure it will be an adventure but I'm going to take my protein pills and put my helmet on and attempt to put the capture on a few of them pronto. Currently at 83% deadly and maybe I can get to elite with the help of the Thargoids.

I have one question. Is there a way to tell when the Thargoids are going to launch that gunk so I can deploy countermeasures? It seems the key to defeating is to avoid getting close enough for them to launch whatever that is they launch.

Another question. Can I defeat interceptors with Gauss cannon and AX multicannon or do I need AX missiles to take out the hearts?

Glad I finally tried the Thargoids. It's different but fun.
