If I was more into hauling, I would too. (at least one)
But it would have to be actually OP for my wallet to open, and we all know that FD is way too conservative in their design to make ships REALLY interesting! (the mythical 'balance', which translates, in the main, to 'bland')

I'm not usually one to Arx purchase my ships, but i absolutely will be buying this. Just the nostalgia factor alone! I'm tempted to take a break from ED while i wait and turn my Amiga on instead...
I just wish we had an idea of the cargo capacity? I can't imagine it'll be insane like the original, but something on the order of 1000t would be fantastic.

I loved the Panther. As a ship from Elite Frontier and Elite First Encounters The Panther was just a Battleship on legs. So Solid you could just turn it into a space station. Cargo bay big enough to store a Cobra III in it.
I used to have fun putting like 500 shield gens on it and attacking Thargoid's or space stations. You couldn't kill a station but your bounty would be so big it was crazy. And with the shields you never went below 95% shields.
1200 Ton's cargo should be a start but not Max. and everything should be Class 8 with at least four class 8, four class 6, three class 4 and the last two class 1 internals.
I know I would buy one the day its released, but I have waited 10 and a half years for them to pull their fingers out and add this ship. I do not believe it will fit inside a space station and can only land on planets with Huge landing Pads, otherwise they would have to remake space stations and landing docks. Easier to make Space ports on Planets which would be big enough.
Wonder how man weapon slots, utility slots and other slots they would add.
