What about the possibility to create sandbox parks closed to visitors and dedicated to science and tactical research.
It's almost what we have with Secrets of Dr Wu offsite facilities, but i'd like to see new science and security buildings, restaurants and hotels with military architecture, improved ACU and Rangers buildings, new security and transport vehicles,... And no entertainment considerations. That would be great for roleplaying !
