As the title suggests im wondering if one was aligned with Li Yong-Rui and was at T5 rating, would his +200% to exploration profits stack with the already 3x payouts from Betancourt Base?

I suppose nobody knows the answer to that apart from FDev, as this hasn't occured before to my knowledge.
They probably think about those sorts of things to prevent people from making way too much money all at once.
I mean I made 1.38 Billion on my recent trip out to Colonia/Sag A just because of that 3x payout. Which you can imagine what that wouldve been had the right conditions been in place. Maybe something for future testing perhaps?
I don't know, it seems rather niche. Not that many people do the LYR grind to rating 5 and cash in billions. I've done it two times, got around 3 bil each time.
