I'm currently broke and I have no money for DLCs, which is why I would like to simply and quickly hide everything DLC-related. I know this might sound inconsiderate, but adding a "game-wide" toggle in the Settings Menu instead of making players apply filters to each tab and sub-tab would go long way to improve the UX.
Oops! Nevermind... Seems like disabling DLC content on one tab disables it for all other tabs too.
