Yes, even if we let it to the garage

Stop calling the fangs "teeth", it's a cobra, a snake, so they have to be Fangs! Good for ramming with.

People are allowed to express their opinions, the last time I checked.Same old whiners whining. Doesn't matter what FD do the hard core whiners will keep up their barrage.Flame on guys your pathetic. If you don't like it, don't buy it, same as all the knockers, of which many are here, of Horizons.
I agree with you as far as the specs go. I like the cobra a lot, and feel it would be nice to have another cobra option rather than feeling pressed into using an ASP as a cobra upgrade.

The point is: The Cobra MkIV is a variation of the Cobra MkIII - something that people asked for since long. The consensus was: "Please, FD, introduce ships with slight variations in stats so commanders can find thier best fit. We don't even care if you use the same models!"
Now FD made up their mind and create ship variants. They even alter the models a little bit in order to create visual recognizability...
...and guess what people complain about!
Oh, I love you, internet!
Repped just for the demonstrative Asp love.Whilst I agree that more choice is, of course, good, you should also not feel 'pressed' into getting an Asp. Rather, getting an Asp should be a pleasure. A culmination of all your hard work in lesser ships. A blessed singularity within the context of the game. You get to join the prestigious group of Asp owners, proud to fly the best, all-round ship in the galaxy. Lakon even rhymes with Bacon - the tastiest food stuff in the galaxy! Try it today (An Asp. Not Bacon. Though if you can manage both...)

Negativity can add interesting points to a discussion.
Yes. My hope is, however, that it's not available on the buy screen to those who can't get it with the purchase option blanked out. Otherwise there will be demands to be able to get access somehow and if they cave on that we're back to PTW slippery slope. Just make it so it doesn't even show up on the shipyards of those who can't get it.
I don't get why people seem so negative about PL, horizons and the CobraMkIV.
Come on guys we are being given some pretty cool stuff here why are we being so negative?
I personally am excited about the MkIV. I'm excited about PL and I'm excited about the future of this awesome game.
Thanks FD and thanks DB. Hope we see more of the same in months/years to come.
Well, you do make some valid points about that ship, but for me, I do feel pressed into an asp if I want more cargo space and I wish I had another option and am really hoping this new cobra does the trick. My other reasons are silly ones. For example (and some will disagree) I cannot get past the boost noises coming out of an asp. It like here I come, wheeeeee bmmmmmmurghhhh bang! I feel like I'm flying a Buick with a bad exhaust pipe, pulling up to school to pick up my kids, who are hiding in the back of the crowd. "Are you with him?". "Uh........no."Whilst I agree that more choice is, of course, good, you should also not feel 'pressed' into getting an Asp. Rather, getting an Asp should be a pleasure.
