Performance decrease when coaster is highlighted.

Severity
Moderate

Frequency
All of the time (100% reproducible)

Area of Game Affected
Coasters

Description
I have a mid to high-end computer/graphics card which is:

CPU: 5960X in Asus sabertooth X99 board with 64GB RAM
GPU: GTX980

I am running in Fullscreen 1920x1080 @ 144hz (using 144hz Benq monitor) on Ultra

Note: The effect lingers even on lower video settings (resolution or quality)

I usually get really good framerates. However I take a huge performance hit in the following situations:

1. Highlighting any coaster (by clicking on it) will drop framerate somewhat
2. During construction of a coaster, framerate is dropped significantly

It seems that this is caused by the "highlight" effect around the coasters. I believe this to be the case because the larger a coaster is, the larger the performance hit (due to more track segments, more supports, etc)

I am requesting either a change to the game for more "lightweight" or graphics-efficient highlighting effects, or the option to turn said highlight effects off.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Click on a coaster (Highlights the coaster) causing a drop in framerate.

-or-

1. Begin construction on a coaster (highlights some of the coaster) causing a drop in framerate
