Performance Increase?

Has anyone else noticed the overall game performance is better as of the patch yesterday? I just realized I've been playing for like 5 hours straight and the game is still performing super smoothly. I used to have to restart every 3 to 4 hours or it would get sluggish.

Yeah, performance did improve a lot with 1.1.0. for my 380 ingame years, 9k visitor zoo. I am now able to build things or open windows during 'play' without a heavy freeze of several seconds. Not sure if and how much the speed slow down of 5x might have contributed
