Phasing sequence pulse lazers

Can phasing sequence be stacked
Or only 1 lazer can have it like corrosive on multiple-cannons.

I think you can put in on all lasers but the effect doesn't stack. I just use it on one and use something different on others.

Yes it stacks. A full phasing laser build works well, especially for PvP.

It doesn't apply a debuff like corrosive that affects all sources of damage. It's effect of some damage bypassing shields is specific to the damage of the weapon it is on, and works on as many weapons as you put it on.

It's pretty widely only considered useful if you put it on everything, due to the DPS hit.
