Pictographic image of Thargoid found at Guardian Site ?

Commanders. Further analyst of the data gathered at Guardian bunker site together with data gathered about Thargoid physical appearance seem to confirm that the pictogram shares a number of similarities with the descriptions of the Thargoids that are available from http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/Oresrians.

To sum up:

(1) The head is a triangular ovoid in shape
(2) The neck is very short but thick and sturdy
(3) The lower four limbs are attached to the lower body segment
(4) These legs are also double jointed at the knees
(5) Oresrian can walk erect on the hind legs, but have been seen to drop to four legs when running, using the middle limbs in addition to the rear legs.
(6) The (upper) hands end in four clawed digits

So there are 6 similarities between the pictogram located in the bunkers and the description of a Thargoid. I have illustrated the Pictograms to show you what i am trying to describe. I have also included an artist rendition of what a Thargoid should look like. I believe the head is the wrong way up.

When I think of a Thargoid I don't imagine a creature with a hand. I'd imagine them more like a Preying Mantis or those bugs from the old Johnny Quest.

Just throwing this in, could it be one of the forms of the AI construct? Looks robotic to me, I know pictograms can be functional rather than artistic but...

Your third image down looks like a Thargoid inside a house ..... a space ship? ..... inside a chamber of some sort .... a prison ?

Alioth (while really cool), is not canon for Elite Dangerous. There are some vague Lore descriptions of Thargoids in ED Lore, but nothing so definitive.

The figure on the door looks exactly like two humanoid Guardian figures standing side on facing each other. The thing in the middle probably represents the AI.

In the new codex RT says that pairs are important to them. We know they're humanoid, and the vague image above the door (if it is an image, and is of a Guardian) it's wearing some sort of big head-dress or has something like hair - similar to these pictograms.

If you could illastrate what you are saying that would help infinitely. Thanks

Are we looking at double images? Sort of the way Leonardo da Vinci painted over an existing painting? Is this how the factor of 2 comes into play with the Guardian images?

Sorry for only posing questions, but I am seeking comment on what I am seeing, because I am not too sure !

That quesrion is way beyond my knowledge base at the moment. Sorry.

Sure, this is what I'm seeing (the figure on the right is a trace of what might be a guardian image over the door, just for comparison of the visual look).
Admittedly this is massively open to interpretation, but this just jumped right out at me and I can't see it as anything else now :)

Basically it looks to me like two humanoid figures seen from the side, facing each other, with some other thing between them (maybe AI, or Thargoid head, or a representation of peace, or love, or hatred, idk), under a representation of a structure.

Both the representations seem to share similar facial features and a sort of bulbous hat/head thing going on.
