Placeable Amphitheatre

I like the design and voice over system of the amphitheater. I think it'd be pretty cool to place amphitheaters elsewhere on Sandbox mode like I initially thought you would before the game released.
Kind of like how the San Marie Bay has its own lagoon hatcheries and viewing galleries fixed onto the map but you can still build more of the same things elsewhere on that map on regular lagoons you may place.
