Planet Zoo 2 Roster Game

The badger for me is a weird case.
Its imo not the same kind of essential as deer, boar, lynx and so on are for the european roster.
But at the same time it would leave a pretty big small critter shaped hole is it didnt return.

So i definetly want it back, but i wouldnt mind to much if they put it into a dlc, perhaps along side a improved burrowing system

I mean, isn't super necessary but its inclusion doesn't make hurt, and i wouldn't like to see them in a dlc, so idk my position, but they practically obviuosly will be in the base game, also because i remeber some development journey where they said that they were happy and proud to have all the apes in the game, so no makes me sense delete them forever

I stand by this and the fact that choices are good to have! Sometimes I want a chimp sometimes I want bonobos. Essential for me

I have never used it, they are less appealing to me than thw chimp, so idk if their ingame behaviour reflects their real life nature (minus the sex part ofc) but if they come with realistic behaviour to set them apart from the chimp i would be fine with their inclusion. But only in the context of some kind of subpecies/clone selection tool or something like that.

Otherwise if something has to go from the roster this one is one of those animals that feel redundant and that i won't miss if not there.

Doesn't need to make it but sure. Not an essential animal by any means, at least compared to the Western Chimpanzee, but sometimes you want to use its less homicidal cousins, you know?

I've never used them, I find them ugly. I preferred the Guianan squirrel monkey or a Tamarind

I honestly think Frontier added the bonobo with a completionist mindset to get all 4 great apes in game. I love bonobos, and would not like to have them erased from PZ2 simply because I like them as an animal. However, I could certainly live without them.

Ok this is a fun one. The bonobo does not get a lot of love which I think is quite sad, they are a pretty iconic animal and I'm honestly more than happy to have it alongside the chimp. I feel like if we get better behaviour in the next game then it certainly will feel like a much more worthy addition. I'm going to go with Save for DLC/Deluxe, it could be a nice clone addition later down the line.

I never used the Bonobo, so I guess I will put it in Save for PZ2 DLCs/Deluxe. Or it would be a fine free update animal.

I dont know, it just feels wrong to even suggest to not bring some animals back at all. They already have the models, would be a waste to not bring them one way or another. The collectionist in me do not want to loose any of them, even if I dont use them, haha. That said, some surely could use some touch up on the models and it that case, I can wait for them to be brough back.

I want the bonobo back, if only for that they looks so much more realistic than the chimp.
If big cats get every single species plus 2 extra on top why shouldnt another group of big ticket star animals get a similar treatment.
Ofcourse getting something like a guereza in its place would be way better imo. But if you do a chimpanzee, you might aswell give it a couple tweaks and throw in the bonobo as an extra.
Idk calling it essential for the basegame feels wrong, but at the same time it should be there

Can be left out entirely, this is one of my least favorite planet zoo animals, give this spot to a more important monkey/ape, if they leave out Chimpanzee I wouldn't even be mad, unlike the Orangutan and Gorilla, I view Chimpanzee as humans, and I don't like humans in zoo's because they are boring to watch. I love Orangutan and Gorilla, never cared for the chimps, Bonobo are just second chimps to me, never used them, never will.
