Planet Zoo 2 Roster Game

I have them in almost every zoo 
It's essential, but I could see it working in the base game or a DLC. Wombats are cute and famous.
DLCs. I think they are good zoo animals. Yet, there not ABC animals.
Essential.
Save for dlc, wombat is a nice filler animal but hardly essential.

Fine for DLC. Only essential Australian animals for the base game are the kangaroo, emu, and maybe koala/wallaby

I don't need them at launch, but definitely think a wombat should return. I would prefer the southern hairy-nosed though

Into Save for DLC it goes. I feel like a lot of people are putting it in essential just because its cute or because they feel bad for Australias roster compared to the first games roster for AU however I don't think this one needs to make it in first. I'm 90% sure we'll get things like the Koala and Kangaroo and a couple more for AU that are probably enough to hold out until more come along.

I would say essential, it’s one of the typical zoo deers IMO
