It’s just I’ve been dealing with this problem since the twilight pack came out and nothing has been done about it just like when I get “No Path to Destination” for my quarantine buildings and I still do I just want to apologize for being so impatient.
So animals like tigers won't magically become injured when their offspring grow up anymore?
Great job as always frontier on both update and soon to be dlc. It appears to be either a island pack or tropical. Great tease of the Fossa. Definitely a much deserved roster spot. In case of a tropical I’m hoping for the black howler which would definitely be the star of the pack for me.
This is all so great that I wouldn't even know where to start! There's just one part that confuses me though, and I'm wondering if anyone can clarify:
"It is unlikely that all animals in a large group will be bonded but, for example, it can allow for more than one male to remain in a matrilineal society (i.e. the alpha lion's brother being able to remain within the pride)."
This doesn't really make sense to me, because matrilineal societies never tended to prevent multiple males from hanging around. For instance: hyenas, bonobos, meerkats, and lemurs are all listed as matrilineal I think, and they always tolerated multiple males in their group. Which is accurate to life. Lions aren't intolerant of new males because of their matrilineal nature-- the females don't seem to care. It's the male who keeps other males from joining the pride.
Perhaps they meant to say "patrilineal" instead? After all, it was mostly patrilineal animals, like hippos, many of the hoofed animals, and gorillas (I think) that wouldn't allow for more than one male to stick around. So now things have been changed so that patrilineal groups will allow more males to stay, if they are brothers to the alpha male? That would make more sense.
(Note that matrilineal means female-led, or "based on kinship with the mother or the female line." Patrilineal is the opposite.)

Agree, except I think they actually mean patriarchal. Matralineal doesn’t mean female led (that’s matriarchal) it means inheritance follows the female line (i.e., for animals, that social rank is inherited from the mother) So, I think they made 2 errors - they said “matri” instead of “patri” and “lineal” instead of “archal”

At least the last Time I was able to play, the Ring Tailed Lemur still had a Social Structure similar to Baboons in the Game. Did they finally fix it? If not, at least the new Feature will make it a little bit better
No Clue what the first Sound could've been. Probably either a Bird or a Primate (Lemur?)
