if its a planetary port, then it has all sizes. If its an Odyssey Settlement, then it depends on the size of the settlement

I am assuming you are already in the system, if you got to the left hand navigation panel and select you destination, under the information it says "Right sized landing pads" or something like that.

You cant rely on it. The Pad size is not in the Journal. AFAIK EDDB defaults the size to L until someone fixes it manually in ROSS.
