Given the whole planetary generation system is changing, this would be a great time to make Selenium behave like a normal Grade 4 element when surface prospecting.
It would also be a good time to clean up the places where legacy element grades (e.g., grade 5 in inventory despite only grades 1-4 in traders) as part of a (hopefully) more unified and navigable materials interface to include the new categories coming for ground equipment engineering.
