Pledged Alliance, chillin in Rahu, looking for some undermining action.

Im currently at Rahu. Looking for a low or med sec Hudson control system in the general Rahu, Eranin area to make some underming merits. Under a hundred light years would be great.

I tried a nearby high sec Hudson control system and police response time seemed to improve dramatically after i made my first kill


Also, just to make sure i have this right, if i kill a Hudson aligned ship, or any ship with Fed allegiance i get merit cred for it?


EDIT: I found Adeo, which is somewhat within the area convenient to me and apparently there is already some progress undermining the system. Other suggestions would also be appreciated Thanks.
