I'm amazed my little Asp is keeping me in the top 40% Especially as I had to work today.... Sql server migration. . What ya gonna do? I wonder if I can get work to compensate me for ED cr lost just so I can keep work running seamlessly?
im gonna be tired tomorrow,,,,
oh well maybe one more run for Neville!

And thus, this one books in for a night's sleep, six hours of back and forth with the whole sunday-server hickup in the midst of it all, but I made it into the 15% ! Tomorrow's another day though, that is > Later today.

Ehhh. The weaknesses of this game come to the forefront as soon as you try to experience the best things.

Some clipper is ganking trade ships. He is up to a 180k bounty as of now when I logged off. I tried to catch him for nearly 2 hours. In my python, I never once masslocked him. He low waked every time I interdicted him and his charge time was fast. Way too fast for a ship that's masslocked. He was well within 4.5km at the time of jumping. Even worse, on numerous occasions of interdicting him, I'd be in a completely empty instance. Or he'd be there, low wake right away, and I'd go back to SC and he's not there and I am in a completely alone SC instance. I'd drop back to local space and go back to SC and he'd be there just coming back from killing another type 6.

I even started chatting with another commander who, before I even mentioned it, asked me if I was hunting the clipper that could not be masslocked. He was in a wing of 3.

This is why people play solo/private group. He's not even pirating. He's just killing any weak ships. Mostly type-6's from what I saw. We could hardly drop on his low wake before he was back out into SC with slightly higher bounty than before. He's basically killing off trader ships with impunity.

This is slowly going to kill the game for me. There's no reason for me to commit my time to trying to protect a system like this with so many technical issues in the game in addition to some pretty suspicious lack of masslocking. I hope Star Citizen makes it a lot harder to be a criminal than this game does.

Nice!! What trading tool are you using?

- - - Updated - - -

No need to go to solo - lots of players participating in this CG via the Mobius PvE group which you can find out about and join here:

http://elitepve.com/page/about

Watch out for (often gold) Anacondas or Type 9s when leaving or entering Neville Horizons :)

I love golllllld!!! :D :D

I've not seen traffic this intense ,,,, good fun.

apart from having to point out landing slot etiquette every day at one point or another... Why are cmdrs in T7s such bullies about landing?....

Python is slow and iClipper is one of the fastest ships, if the iClipper don't want to fight then there's not much you can do about it. You could try to setup a trap for him, get some friends together, one is bait in a T6 full of armour and then rest of you drop to his beacon. The bad guy may be hesitant to interdict someone in a wing of 4 so you have your bait alone and invite him to wing when interdiction starts.

So far the first CG ever (for me) where Coriolis station states "docking request denied" due all the (large and medium) pads being taken :D ...with multiple people in line waiting to land.

OMG...this game is going too fast or I am too slow!!..

ONly two days ago I learned about this Nebula Station... I think I even voted for the Pleiades in another thread yesterday...and today we are already building it???

But wait wait wait!!!... somebody also told me that the team studying the UA has come to the conclusion that these are coming from the Merope System... and that something weird, creepy and perhaps sinister is going on there...

Shouldn't we wait before we go and build something right next door?

Dont worry, your not the only one :D

Thank you CMDR Nosscar ...definitely enjoying the 965,200cr I get round trip (27 min real time) with my 400t Anaconda :D :D

The great thing about idiot drivers is that there is generally another idiot driver to affect them as well...
I side swatted a couple of Type-7 that thought it was cool to use the wrong light to exit or enter the station to scape my hull & or/slam into my Ananconda..
1 Type-9 though he owned the whole approach to the mail slot...squeezed in between me & the outside grill of the station...using my Annie as a bouncing pad ....had enough time to apply full thruster down & bounce off the Type-9... after he landed to show my thoughts about his driving skills....on my way to my landing pad....no fine) ;)

WOW! I haven't seen that yet lol

I am forcing myself to play in Open. I have been interdicted a few times in my Asp, once I gave in to the Python who asked for 18 of 88 tonnes of Gallium. Another Fer De Lance just started shooting. I somehow got away without him even taking me into armour.. another was a Deadly Clipper NPC!! I guess the AI wanted in on all the pirating fun! Despite just 88 tonnes of cargo I am in the top 40%, and it has to be said, many many thanks to all the anti-pirate players I have seen so far this weekend. I haven't done any 'trading' in quite a while, but this Community Goal one is good times. Its fun to see so many players for once.
