Pleiades Nebula Active Community Goal Team. We are experienced :)

Well done to everyone on this CG. I very much enjoyed it. I haven't participated in a CG for a few months, and last time I did a hauling one, I was in a T6. This time in a Clipper, I was very pleased and surprised to finish in the top 15%. I shall head off to my little backwater for a while, but hope to be involved in another CG again in the not too distant future. I'll be keeping my eyes open for any more to do with the nebula station. Thanks to the person whose idea this was and raised it with Frontier.

(Computer still in storage). You all finished the CG and all I got was a lousy T-shirt :p

Congratulations on a job well done everyone, can't wait to see the new station!!

I had to go to work this afternoon and we were about 700,000 tons away from completion. I knew it'd be over by the time I got home, but I just want to say how much I enjoyed taking part in my first CG.
Managed to shift over 4,000 tons in my Asp, so got a nice payout and now looking forward to visiting the shiny new station we helped to build.
Well done everyone. :D

It was exciting on the "normal cruise" approaches to the station, beyond the no-fire zone, seeing so many hollow rectangles and triangles. Kind of miss them all now. Thanks to the Commanders who did their best to keep the approaches clear of pirates. Without you being there, it would likely have been much much more uncomfortable.

And thanks to Obsidian Ant (Granite) for putting the original idea to FD ..... and thanks also to Ben Ryder for the original post to get us all there.

I didn't manage to bring large tonnage, but I managed to get into the top 100 %, which was an achievement ..... oh wait ....

Oh ... and did you notice the number of ships that took part was the magic number of 8888 ! I guess each of us made it special.

I am with the Hutton Orbital Truckers, I don't take payment, unless I can drink it or eat it... :D

This was my first CG and I LOVED it!!!
very much looking forward to part II of this....
Brilliant fun, great banter, great effort by all and for the first time the game really came alive. Thanks to all who chatted to me, made fun of me, cracked jokes, crashed in to me, and yes even the pirates who shot me up and especially the 3 cmdrs who rescued my sorry butt from a code attack! Loved every minute!

I joined the fuel rats a few weeks ago so if you or your friends ever find yourselves in need of fuel I hope I'm the one that takes the call... Not quite as spectacular as your guardian angel wing but I'll be happy to bring the fuel !

Glad to hear that you fully enjoyed your 1st time in the CG! :D
Nice, you guys are much needed for many a CMDR who is going Oh crap! in the middle of nowhere lol ;) you guys perform a wonderful service :D :D
...now if only that invention on how to mail beer worked...

Well, you always learn a thing or two. Maybe you guys will remember that when I initially went to Kaushpoos last week at the beginning of this CG, when I came out of SC to dock at Neville Horizons, I had a bunch of system authority ships going after me. The station also had its diamond-shaped icon in red so I didn't bother and thought I would sit out this CG. I did report a bug on this which then was converted into a suggestion, so that hostile people would get a partial amnesty to participate in CGs. After exchanging a few PMs with QA-Kae, he convinced me that if I was not wanted in the system, I would still be allowed to dock.

So, yesterday evening, I did try it. Again, upon coming out of SC, a few system authority ships came after me. I requested to dock and didn't get the standard reply (I forget what I got but it was not very nice), I proceeded as fast as I could with a fully loaded Anaconda to slip through the mail slot. The system authorities were more like bugs, lightly weakening my shields.

Emboldened by my first try, I made 4 additional trips to the station, each time managing to get into the station as fast as I could without any harm. I hate a large ship when you get to dock. Not only because it's tighter when passing the mail slot but also because, most of the time, the landing pads are right after the mail slot.

Anyway, I managed to get in the top 40%, will get a nice 9 millions Cr for about an hour of work. I'm often critical of Frontier but I think they nailed this community goal very nicely. Thank you, Frontier!

Awesome, glad you managed to get in to Kaushpoos to be able to get in on the CG there :D :D

Nice achievement ;) :D
Thanks to all as this was extremely fun time! :D
Hope there can be more CG like this one :D

We are putting a team together to go out there and map the area. Interested?
Sounds interesting :D
What is involved?
(Note: I am going back to work for my 3 day work set 12hrs in about 5 or so hours ...so will not be online that much for the next few days...this happens every week [3 or 4 days...depends on the week]...RL & all that)

Edit: to clarify...
Is this a group of CMDRs with assigned sectors to go scan?
A specific ship type that would be beneficial for this particular activity?
...sorry many questions lol I haven't done pure exploration yet in ED :D

And so ends another EPIC CG, congrats to all who took part, what a result!

Thanks to all those CMDRs who winged up with us, trucking is so much more fun with a good bunch of mental Hutton Truckers.

Jesters-Ink Top 5%. My account

Snap-Shot Top 15%. Sons account

Libby Longshot Top 15%. Daughters account

Chuffed to bits Libby made the 12 mill, poor kid was in a Swinder on Saturday, now she's looking all puppy eyed at the Clipper, thanks to this CG.

If anyone wants to friend up the above CMDRs, please feel free to do so. (I will be flying drunk this Friday) :D

Massive thanks to the organisers of these events, please keep um coming.
We make a lot of really good friends each and every time one of these is on and have a lot of fun too.

Delivered one ton in my Fer de Lance then hunted the HazRes for a few days.

Awesome seeing all the other Cmdrs when i would repair and rearm at Neville Horizons.

And to give the Haulers at bit of a close Afterburner flyby.

OhhOhh..... have You heard the good news ?

Once the new station is ready and the bar open, first round on Cmdr Ben Rider ! :D

Gota supply tones of good stuff to drink !!! :)

what a great CG :) Made it to top 15% just shy of 6K tons delivered in my python... a few million profit and 12 million bonus was a sweet treat :) congrats to all who participated on both sides of the fence (pirates to keep it entertaining and risky and haulers for braving the runs in open :)

Greeting from CMDR Wer Nur!

Like many others before me already said, this was a very nice CG indeed, and also my first one. Finished Top 15% with 4408t of metals delivered to Cowpoo. I met my first real CMDRs and had some very special moments with them during entering and exiting the station... And, most importantly, i got to build a space station :)
