Population Frozen

Since 1st of July (the operations update) there has been no population increase in any of my systems.
Am I the only one seeing this, or is it a galactic problem?

I assume it has something to do with BGS, but you never know, maybe radicoida just made everyone infertile...

If you check the market tonnage (for a major station built in the last year) now compared with 1 July, is there a difference? It may be that the population changes aren't being reported but are still taking effect in the background

Good idea.
I did just check a station that was last updated on Inara on 2nd of July, so 2 days ago.
Most of the supply is identical, but some has changed. What is weird though, every thing that changed is exactly double of the original amount.

Examples (2 days ago vs today):
Explosives 82,833 -> 165,665
Hydrogen Fuel 539,070 -> 1,078,139
Liquid Oxygen 223,602 -> 223,602
Clothing 195,449 -> 195,449

Any BGS state changes for the station owner since then?

For the ones which haven't changed at all that does suggest population changes aren't going through at the moment.

Same level of influence in the system for that faction, but it's not in expansion anymore. Actually all the factions have exactly the same percentage as before.

The regular server tick did not occur, that is why it has not updated.

My system still has some buildings I cancelled, and last Thursday did not push the update.

My take is, it will take until next Thursday for this to be sorted out.

I want to confirm - none of my systems are growing anymore since the Operations patch. Some of them are fairly new (just a few weeks, some only days) and should be increasing. Populations have increased daily before. All stopped growing simultaneously with the patch - even new buildings with both +pop stats don't do anything. I started a new system after the Patch with an outpost and a medium settlement, to see what happens. Only the initial ~5k pop appears, after that nothing happens anymore, too.

And..we have an answer from FDEV regarding this issue:
