It's kinda simple, You can place dinosaurs like buildings and select an animation to play or edit their bones and so on.

That might be a little out of scope for Jurassic World Evolution. However, there's a feature in the Capture Mode that lets you slow down time, so you can get that perfect shot of the dinosaur you want.
