I remember in one of the live streams where it was said that it is possible for a wanted ship to get hostile reputation while docked at a station. And I believe if this happens it said you will be deported to a Detention Center. Did I hear right? If so, how would this work? what would cause your rep to decay while docked?

They were referring to the situation that could happen before 3.0 where a player could undock from a station, commit some criminal act that made them hostile to the station faction, die and then respawn in the hostile station as it was their last port of call and therefore be unable to leave. Now in 3.0 that series of events would result in them respawning in a detention centre rather than in the hostile station
