Omm, maybe you are right, but you know something? We were told powerplay will be released in Spring 2015. Not summer 2015. :) So we have been waiting for the last 2 months for this release which would have come "soon".

Soon is so relative...

No problem waiting here :) Most important is to get it playable and stable before we can sink our Alpha teeth into the update. I feel my anticipation building just as it did with Wings.

Its a shame that "powers will rise in may" seems very unlikely now. But if you've hit problems then its best you iron them out.

Serious question though, given its length of time (2 months) and now the added delay, are we looking at the longer time frames due to putting time towards other platforms (Mac/Xbox etc)

I am holding on to about 30m cr of exploration data for power play. Still no kind of indication if I can use it to rank up with the powers (or gain anything else in terms of new, unrevealed features)

It would be so good if a dev came and said "no, selling exploration data will not be a way to rank up with powers and you won't gain anything else from it other than credits" in which case I can play again...

So unless I get that magical message from the devs, my next concern is how long till release. Does anyone remember how long the beta for 1.2 was? I guess this beta will probably be a bit longer but I'm hoping I can play again in 2 or 3 weeks...

(I'm not a beta player)

Beta has so far been 1 week...but it will depend on how it goes...

Take your time, the worst thing is rushing a release.

Sadly thats seen way too often in modern game developers, so again; take your time to perfect Powerplay, and any other future updates for that matter.

Thanks buddy! So in roughly a week I will know if I should sell the data, and if I should save it for power play, I will be able to in about 2 weeks. I can catch up on my Alien: Isolation in the mean time...

Although every other game seems shallow in comparison...

Take your time, I need more time to accomplish missions in order to improve my reputation in my favorite system. :)

But wait...missions are always buggy ?

Michael this is great news.

My thoughts about the wings we're many micro patching, But the key parts of Wings worked in the end (the micro jumping is the best part). but I did have the feeling I was a beta player and not a release. Of course after the 7th micro patch things started to feel complete. 90% of our clan liked the end results from wings.
Wings wouldn't be wing's without this micro jump. keep the good work coming.


I'd really like thank you for taking the extra time to deliver a quality patch, I'm very existed to see it coming.

Good luck, please appraise the team from all us die hard fans.
