So I understand the whole mechanics of powerplay modules - the whole pledging for 4 weeks at Rating 3 to unlock them. My question is what happens when you drop down to Rating 2 after 4 weeks? Do you have to go through the whole 4-week grind again to unlock the modules or can you just reach Rating 3 the following week and you can already unlock the module?
I ask this because this is what happend to me. I pledged for 4 weeks at Rating 3, but I didn't get enough time to acquire the PP module that I wanted and so the following week I was "downgraded" to a Rating 2
