powerplay pick up problem

Hi.

Trying to pick up cargo for PP and I don't seem to be able to this time out. Have an empty T9, but none of the options on the PP contact screen are clickable. Not prepare, not control, not fortify. Nada. Have tried logging out to main menu and back in. No dice. I'm open to suggestions.

Any ideas?

Felicia Winters. I'm in her home system of Rhea.

I can get into the power contact fine, but clicking on any of the cargo options does nothing. This is a new one on me.

For me it was the other way round. Keyboard (or joystick) didn't work but mouse did. After clicking on something with the mouse suddenly keys worked as well

And now we have a 3rd flavour. Keyboard or mouse don't work, but joystick does. And picking up 750 tones takes sooooooooooooo loooooooooooong.
