Newcomer / Intro Pre-order Processing and "invalid Credentials" when trying to login to .EXE

I'm trying to play the game and on My orders it is still showing "Pre-order Processing" and when I downloaded the game I can't log in because all it gives me is "invalid credentials" so no combat training for me or online play.

If anyone could help that would be great as I have been looking forward to this all week.

Unfortunately not a lot of help in that post as most people are way past what I can do (as all I can see is a button saying log in). I have seen a few other posts with the same issue but they have no replies or no fixes.
