Prefix weapons/gear

I had seen a few times people talking about weapons with prefixes such as a focused beam laser. Are they even in the game yet? I haven't seen any my whole travels. It would be nice if they were more common or something if they are implemented already.

Also, do you think they will add prefix modules like a lightweight or efficient variant? That would make loadouts much more customizable imo.

The general consensus is this didn't make it in release, they were in gamma though so some people have different variants still.
