Quite a bit still not fixed prior to Prem Beta. What have they been working on for the past 5 months? I thought that all issues had been addressed in Alpha. Maybe they should delay PB for another couple of months whilst they resolve the outstanding faults.

You know its worth the wait.

Not an Alfa Backer!

It wouldn't surprise me if many bugs haven't been fixed simply because the thing that is causing them is "placeholder" so there isn't really any point fixing them since they are going to be replaced eventually anyway.

Edit: Oh, and that is not the most recent list anyway... ;)

The list is actually much (much) bigger & includes more fixes, but these are the specific ones to Alpha 1.1 which is what Premium Beta is currently based on, I think?

FD have not exactly been sitting on their hands, believe me. :)

It's also pretty common in software development (especially when you are still adding new features) to leave all but the most severe bugs until much later, when they can be prioritised & assigned to the right people to fix (who may be working on other aspects of the game right now). As a bug list - it's relatively short.

Hello. I'm sort of new here, but after reading many of the posts of this thread, aside from obvious waiting, what advantages do Alpha backers have over Premium Beta apart from discounted ship insurance? I know Alpha does get early access to releases that Premium Beta owners will get, but will they get more builds (of the same release) because of it? Does this mean Alpha backers carry more feedback power than Premium Beta owners?

(I'm only seconds away from deciding on going Alpha from Premium Beta. Today is the last few hours too, so...$145 is still alot of money...Enough to buy me a Saitek x52 Pro...)

so.... How longs a month then ?

they've said 30th May for Prem beta, - but May has 31 days, so does that mean that they will release on the 30th April to get that extra day back? - but April only had 30days, so is that the month length they are using, or sadly will they use February with it's lowly 28 days and thus release on the 2nd May....

Argh, damn you English for being so ambiguous.

You know what?

You are really good at being clear AND unclear at the same time. :p

haha you begin to get nervous, isn't it ?

hehehe ''the alpha4 effect'' ...

Michael means that late alpha backers can play alpha build from 25 april to 30 may, which is about one month. It looks pretty clear to me. Can't see any unclear part.
