Ahh thanks for remembering me to this game. I saw this video 2010 and thats the reason why i pledged for star citien, elite dangerous and limit theroy. Crazy.

great news

I think this is great news and frontier I feel now feel all warm and cosy about themselves. remember with the 2 weeks or whatever preview they will not be dangling a carrot in your face as the carrot wont be available so why would they do that ?!?
and as for pay to win Ive been robbed. as the easy scenario with the fed capital ship is always bugged and contested space I keep getting my **** whipped. So far my funds to getting a cobra rose to 16000 credits but have since dwindled to 5000.
The single player game is loads of fun so far on multiplayer i think ive only seen one real player and he came up green friendly on my radar and proceeded to shoot at me at first I thought he was trying to take my kill and I was getting caught in the cross fire but oh no.... it would seem not you cad !!!!

This will approximately two weeks. I think that it is not the sea to drink. And will allow, to present to backers, a full premium beta worthy of this name

I think that David Braben, CEO of Frontier has the last word. He is the word, divine and wise. If he said two weeks, is that he has its reasons

I suspect the 2-week period where Alphas get the Beta will mostly be spent waiting for Frontier to fix the obvious game-breaking bugs so that the Betas don't have to deal with them. It makes absolute sense to do it this way, with a good buffer for the first release at least.

+1. Totally agree with you. Two weeks is very reasonable. And as a backer with the premium beta, I have no problem with that

  • 1) It would be of childishness
  • 2) You will play ?
  • 3) No delay for the beta, only estimates in the kickstarter
  • 4) It will not be the full version. "The full Premium Beta will start on 30th of May 2014" (Mark Boss))
  • 5) This is not the same thing, this is not the full version
  • 6) 14 days * 24 hours = 336 hours
  • 7) You have not paid, you have supported

Hope that clarifies things
