I have some suggestions that could add further interest for players who have reached Elite or Triple Elite.
Why not incorporate one element of CQC that actually had some function? Prestige.
Once you reach Elite (or triple Elite) you have the option to reset your ranks and start back at Harmless/Penniless/Aimless (along with the effect that might have on missions and rewards). In exchange, they get a special decal or some other reward (a free item from the store?)
In addition, for those who feel they need more challenge now that they've reached Triple Elite could perhaps restart with new options for difficulty? Something that would only affect them and not the game at large (affecting payouts or damage or whatever).
Keep in mind, everything mentioned here would be entirely optional and in no way affect other players - it's just that some people are looking for a new challenge, or a chance to start over again, but with a sense of accomplishment when they do so.
