When I bought prismatics, long ago, I THINK I was able to buy them from then on.
Is this wrong? Or has this been changed lately?
If I want more, do I have to align with Duvals again?

You need to pledge with Aisling again, and have 1500 merits at the completion of the 4 weeks period.

Is this wrong?

Yes. You can buy them (as any other Powerplay toy) for as long as you stay with your chosen Power and keep at Rating 3 (i.e. earn 750 or more Merits per week). Personally, I'd suggest to go for Rating 4 - those 5 MCr. per week go at least some way to compensate for all the ammo you need in order to keep on earning those Merits.

Okay, pledged to Aisling, and noticed I'm now hostile to federation.
This is weird because I was friendly last time I looked.
Is it possible that pledging to her made me hostile?
I have not been doing anything against Federation.
New with update? Or a bug?

You're not really hostile, but since you are pledged the HUD shows when you're in PP hostile territory. It's mostly of no practical consequence, but if you're doing PP related activities you might get attacked by hostile ships.

At least the Imps are honest about the structure of their society.

You should be hostile to the Federation by default.

New info to the Armour problems that started with the Python 2.
I bought a sidey and the Mil Comp armour touted for sidey does actually fit the sidey, But out of about 10 armours, none of them will fit the P2.
Each one says it will fit XYZ ship, but they are all for ships I don't have.
I did lodge a ticket but don't know how long they will take to look at the bug, or even fix it.
Something else I can't find info on, what is the difference between the two Python2's?

Almost everything is different the only things in common are
Thrusters
FSD
Life Support
Medium Hardpoints

The Python Mk1 is a multi role vessel or combat freighter.
The Python Mk2 is an agile combat ship with more weapons and utilities but fewer optional slots.
