I have been having trouble booking a shuttle.

It says that the shuttle has arrived, but I am not allowed to board it as I get a "No boardable ships" message
Do I have to wait the 5 mins shuttle departing time?

I get the information on the system map on where the ship is.
So that's not the problem

I fix this by flipping the Horizons, selecting the recover to orbit option and launching in Odyssey again

Is this a bug?

Hmm, "No boardable ships" sounds like you went to the wrong lifts in the prison, but then you say you 'recover to orbit' so now I have no idea what you are doing

You have to wait half a minute or so before going to the lift but that's normal for Apex and Frontline. You'll get a popup message saying your ship has arrived and then you can go to the lift. Not sure if that helps? If it doesn't come at all then it sounds like it might be a bug, although a relog may fix it? (relog fixes lots of things )

You know what they say "If you can't do the time find the lifts, don't do the crime"

There are separate lifts for your ships and Apex, as is the case in all stations.

I get the message "shuttle docked, ready for boarding"
I've tried all the doors
