Ps4 version still cannot choose language in-game?

No i cant. To change the language i have to change console language and all game be in english, i want to be able to choose the options menus and subtitles in portuguese and audio in english, is this the right thing and not to be able only if i change the console language, i think is not dificult for fdevs to include such options in the game.
