I abandoned it fairly early on. I felt quite a disconnect between how the people act in-game versus how small the maps actually are. Things like a questgiver going on about how something is far out in the wilderness, then it turns out it was something like 500 m away. As for the story, it seemed like it's mostly about corporate culture being bad. I mean, yes, it is bad, but maybe you could do a bit more in this setting than hammering this point home constantly?
But the most important part would be gameplay, which could redeem all this. Trouble is, the gameplay's nothing special either: not bad, not good, just bland.
Maybe it was just me though, and the game will resonate with you better than it did with me. So yeah, if it's cheap, you could still give it a go, there are certainly worse games out there. But there are better ones, too.
