Question on pre order of physical game from retailers

Couple of questions.

1. Will the delux version be offered as a physical cd that can be pre ordered from my favorite game retailer?

2. Is the pre order content strictly for digital download or will a code be supplied for physical pre order to obtain the pre order bonus?

3. Is there any retailer specific content

4. If I purchase the Standard version, when will a delux dlc pack be made available for purchase?
