Questions re phasing sequence and interdictions

Hi.

Firstly, phasing sequence: Does it only bleed through to do hull damage, or if I target a module, does that take damage instead?
Secondly, interdictions: If I inderdict a ship, or if I'm interdicted, at what sort of distance apart are we when we drop out of SC?

Phasing only attacks the hull--modules take no damage (would be rather unbalanced otherwise).

As to the distance--quite close, within firing range. Can't give you an exact number, sorry.
