Ram Tah's Guardian Sites

I've been playing ED since 2016 and I took a hefty break from it just before the pandemic. I finally came back to it this year and have been finishing up with available engineers.

I unlocked Ram Tah, and before I could even finish gathering the required data scans to unlock him, I get a message from him mentioning "new Guardian sites" and how my ship has now been given some kind of code to do something or unlock something but he can't tell me more yet and I have 30 days to do whatever it is he's asking me to do.

Now, I've been to some of the Guardian stuff, YEARS ago, because the discovery section of the Codex has some rumored locations of things and I've confirmed at least one. I can see in the Galaxy Map that the sector can be filtered by Guardian-inhabited systems... but I have no way of knowing specifically what the hell Ram Tah is talking about.

What "new" sites am I being directed towards here? Why doesn't he give me a bookmark or even some system names?

Ram Tah will offer his missions every time you dock in Meene. The classification "new" is approaching its 10 year anniversary.

I see that it actually does start a mission that gives slightly less vague instructions than the message, so that helps.

Because way back when this "mission" was new, there was a galnet article naming the very first handful of guardian systems. Nowadays you can just use the system map civilization filter.
(He's not talking about any specific system, he just wants decoded logs. Finding them all will require visiting quite a few sites.)

Be aware that there is two different missions given at Meene, one is from Felice Dock, the other is from the smaller stations in same system. I didn't recall the name at the moment. One is to get data from "Ancient Ruins" the other is for getting data from Guardian Structures. Don't take both at same time as it's been told to one of them out.
