Maybe the building doesn't come with a Jeep, but you can assign ranger team from your main ranger station to go and stay at the outpost? That way, that ranger team will still have the benefit of upgrades.

That would be an interesting workaround for an earlier thread - wanting to give the ability to make rangers wait at a given location. If you could assign them to outposts, that would work well.
Cool idea. Comes with a jeep, non upgradeable as that's the downside of having a satellite team further away from main base. Upside is quicker response time in the area.
