Real trade mechanic or bring exploits back

First, this game has 0 interest in friend/group mechanic. Open universe with huge map only for solo players.

I would like to see :
- trade mechanic between players (cargo, materials, data, ship/components, MONEY!)
- group missions

And no, i can't accept comments like : money transfer ruin the game. You know what? Exploits ruin the game, every player with brain exploits money when they can, and new players have no chance to get that money.
Its impossible to bring friends into this game in this state. Bring money exploits back in game or make money transfer!

I hope some devs read this post. You know new players = more money right?

PS: ranking and earning money in normal way is wayyy to slow, dont even try it just find exploits...

edited// Thank to unknown player who re-found exploit in Quince. I do not thank to frontier because they do nothing. Problem on first post on this topic solved.

Credit transfer and magic cargo transfer will not happen. I'll reserve any opinion on the matter and just reiterate that those two things will not happen, according to positions taken by leadership at Frontier.

But damn, I want some group missions.

Firstly, disagree with your mentality almost entirely. Trade = credit sellers = no thanks.

Money is unbelivably easy to make in this game, i'd rather it was a lot harder. Seeing a Cutter should be like "Jesus look at that" not "Oh look another end game ship".

I do however agree with group missions, i for one cannot believe they arnt in the game yet.

Persistent missions with "Recommend Wing of 2" "Recommend Wing of 3". Amp up the difficuilty and rewards. You want to encourage people to play together? What better way!!

err, so I read that as you think new players only want to start playing this game if they can either get a gazillion credits in no time at all or be gifted a gazillion credits as soon as they start playing.

Sorry, making money is pretty easy in this game now compared to when it launched.

Don't group missions already exist with Wings and Multicrew now?

Then disable trade in game . Why you can sell buy from npc and not from people? See? Solo game. Solo game? Why implement multy crew then.

- easy? please show my some easy way master.
- yes cutter should be like that , and it isnt because of exploits but that exploits is nerfed.

Its funny because its true and you maybe have billions in you pocket from exploits.

You're wrong.

My wife started playing in a very casual way a couple of weeks ago. She's now at over 3M Cr and has a rather nice Cobra. Making money is not hard.

How come all you people have wives that play Elite?!?! Mine takes one look at screen and says it makes her feel sick.

Oh well....at least she has no problem with me playing it - particularly since my 10yr old Son started too! :)

how can you say such a thing?

i took a new player bounty hunting with us, he made millions with us.. that would be the same if he went killing with cops behind him..

You are wrong. Its different buy 800k ship and 17milion or 55milion ship. Mission and payout are +- the same. When you wife has 800k ship and wants Lakon Type 9 Heavy thats 95 x couple of weeks !! And dont mention rebuys...
And some ships require empire/fed. rank. Its like 8000 delivery missions = 8000 landing 8000 take-offs.

OP need somone to hit a REZ with?

one of the easy ways ^^

Poke me ingame if so.

btw. Trading you can make most Money, given the right ship and soem Market knowledge.

Cheers!

I understand that some of the less... Intuitive people will think the way OP does. however, I've been playing for a year and a half now without any of these exploits you deem necessary. I recently I have been farming IMP rank and should finish at duke some time tonight. I also have (excuse the list) a 'conda, t9, IMP Clipper, IMP courier, IMP Eagle, and a cobra MKIV. (with a Cutter later today hopefully) IMO I like the way DEV's are working. Gives you a reason to work to the higher ranks to get more money to pay for the "end game" ships

who goes from a 800k ship to a T9? and take 95 weeks to get there??? thats allmost 2 years!

your arguments are kinda flawed..

If she wants those ships then she'll work for them, and appreciate them the more for doing so.

You just seem to want a 'get rich quick' button. Try playing the game instead.

Exploits come and go, people will find new ones in 2.3. Isn't Quince apparently a thing now?

Money making is easy, but still takes a lot time, way too many time for s simple game with no depth to it's progression.

This.

I play this game years, yes i know REZ and other good way to make money but its not is not enough for bigger ship. And you know what? first year i have only Vulture. Then take a break and start playing when exploits come. Now i need bring firend in game but i cant its too much time to spend (and that time is not even fun)

As i said i offer my help if you need a quick fix but no guarantees when she looses that T9.

Getting that can be rather easy if you know where and how.

Cheers!

You can make plenty of money in a hazres using a big ship. How about using your big ship to do some trade CGs? You can get into the top 25% with just a few runs.

It would be nice if there was a mechanic to allow for trade/payments between players in the game but you just know that when it did get abused it'd be abused massively.
It would, effectively, allow for the creation of WoW-style Indian sweat-shops where people spend all day grinding special items and then flogging them to players for real money and I can understand why FDev wouldn't want to implement anything that might allow that to happen.

Something that might work would be some kind of "marketplaces" at stations where players could sell stuff.
You ship your stock of G5 engineered laser-death-rays to a station that has a marketplace, submit them for sale and then, once a week, Galnet publishes a list of all the items being auctioned and then, the following day, an auction takes place where your stuff can be sold for IN-GAME CREDITS.
It would be one big auction, where every item for sale would be buyable at any station with a marketplace, so people wouldn't be able to auction their stuff to a preferred buyer at a remote location.
And, being an auction, it'd mean there'd be no way to buy items for real money with the assurance you'd gain possession of them in-game.

As fr multi-player missions, it beats me why there aren't any.
Surely it'd be pretty simple to create missions where, for example, 2 people have to scan data-points at the same time or shoot stuff at the same time to complete the mission?
Stick it in the briefing that the mission will require 2 players cooperating to complete it and then it's up to the CMDR to ensure they can get help before accepting it.
Okay, so only the CMDR who accepted the mission would be paid but, so what?
You just return the favour when your buddy is in a similar position.
Hell, I suspect most people would be willing to help regardless of payment.
