Hardware & Technical realy bad virus going around that it hammering gpu's

hi i have been havein some major porformance problam on elite till i found steam(32bit).dll was useing 97%of my gpu and puttting the heat in dangerus levels now i dont have steam install so was easy to track down

You might want to make sure you have an updated malware/AV scanner installed. That article was from January, by now any respectable scanner should catch it.

It's also a good idea to stay away from pirated software, which is generally where these things come from.

it sounds like this malware is Windows based, the whole Windows is nothing but virus and malware ... no surprise there

I don't really use any pirated software, I prefer to use freeware or opensource...

I am curios how would I can see my GPU utilization and such..
 
(..and no, alexus, your game is slow because you were trying to run it in 2800x1800, on a Geforce 650M. It's slow because it's a puny GPU for that particular job. I don't think your problem is malware; I shouldn't worry, just reduce gfx settings somewhat.)

Try MSI Afterburner.
