Refinery has unprocessed materials...?

Hopefully this is an easy one... today I went to store my 3A Refinery module but I see a message that reads, "You have unprocessed materials in your refinery. These will be lost if this module is stored. Your cannot undo this action." My cargo racks are empty and I don't see any materials in the Commodities list. I'm guessing the materials are in the hopper(s). Can anyone explain how to process these materials? Thanks

The refinery bins can be useful though. Fill up your cargo with refined minerals, and continue to top up the refinery bins to 100%. As soon as you sell your cargo, the refinery has space to deposit the refined minerals, and processes the filled bins, giving you another batch of cargo to sell.

Thanks - I was aware of using the bins as you describe - just never ran across the issue with storing the module.

Yeah, you can store the ship and the leftovers stay in the refinery, but if you remove the refinery, even if it is just to store it, you lose them.
