I know the game is releasing on 11/9/2021, I was curious if we had any more detailed info.

Will we be able to preload the game?

What time and in what time zone will the game be released on the 9th?

I bought it on steam and as an Aussie I am expecting it to release when steam store refreshes normally, 3am-ish Nov 10th my time (aest).
I'm hoping for a preload option.
